Individual Consultation
Michelle provides services for adolescents through to adults. She takes a strengths-based and integrated approach which may be useful for:
- Motivation and confidence building to reach goals
- Psychoeducation on a range of issues
- Support with communication challenges
- Understanding your strengths and how to use them across all contexts (including home, family, work, social, sports)
Group facilitation
Michelle enjoys facilitating group sessions in a collaborative, practical, activity-based learning environment. Psychological principles are applied to promote group and team participation and increase enjoyment in sessions.
Topics can include but are not limited to:
- Reflection on past performance to create future change
- Emotional Intelligence
- Communication
- Leadership principles and concepts
- Psychological First Aid for peer support
- Resilience
Supervision
Michelle is a Board Approved Supervisor and has supervised several provisional psychologists. She has experience mentoring, supporting and training psychologists at all stages of training. Michelle works with the colleague to identify their stage of training and adjusts her style to help them achieve their goals for placements. She applies adaptability, empathy, openness, and a willingness to learn from colleagues even when supervising.

Michelle is available to consult with individuals, teams, groups, or organizations to discuss your challenges and offer solutions based on the conversation.
